Company History

KSGC Construction was established in 2024 to provide a service for the building, repair, renovation and or restoration of buildings. The company was only registered with the registrar (CIPC) in 2024, but the team had been long active in the construction industry, actively involved in the building, alterations, refurbishments market way back.

Company Structure

KSGC Construction is a 100% BEE Company. The company has one director namely; Mbuso Mlagami Siziba, from the previously disadvantaged group.

The company is very sensitive and aware of the importance of contributing positively to the South African economy. The company prides itself for employing 100% skilled black workers who previously would not have been awarded the opportunity.

We continuously strive to address the imbalances of the past by grooming local motivated workers, as a result helping to rebuild the country.
The company has black women in its structure, as its effort to train and empower this previously disadvantaged group.

Company Growth

The company is poised to establish itself as a highly successful construction and renovations concern. We plan to achieve a steady growth rate by concentrating on our customers’ specific needs and wants; and the provision of a superior quality product.
Equity recognition

Our South African society is one in which social backlogs and inequalities accompany the struggle for economic success. KSGC Construction has not overlooked these needs by making donations to the community and the needy.

The company also hires black women as assistants in cleaning and tiling in an effort to train and empower them.
